Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of your order being marked delivered. This policy applies to items purchased directly from Raahi Collection.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags still attached
• In their original packaging where applicable
• Requested within 7 days of the delivered date

The following are not eligible for return unless faulty or delivered incorrectly:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Intimate wear, for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

If you have a Raahi account, go to My Account → Orders, open the delivered order, and submit a return request with your reason. If you checked out as a guest, contact us using the details below with your order number and reason for return, and we'll take it from there. We'll review your request and let you know once it's approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item — these are prioritized and don't need to meet the unworn/tags-attached condition above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue your refund either as a cash refund to your original payment method or as Raahi store credit to your account wallet — whichever applies to your order. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect with your bank or payment provider, which is outside our control.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct size/color exchanges — instead, return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
