These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raahi Collection ("Raahi", "we", "us", "our") website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order — generally, at least 18 years old, or shopping with the involvement of a parent/guardian. You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Products & Pricing

We try to display product details, images, and prices as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that colors, product descriptions, or other content is completely error-free. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change at any time without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order — including after it has been placed — for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment already collected.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We accept Cash on Delivery, Direct Bank Transfer, and — where enabled — JazzCash, Easypaisa, and card payments via Safepay. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected by our courier at the time of delivery. For online payment methods, your order is confirmed once payment is verified by the relevant gateway.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide within Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout and on product pages are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary by courier and location. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you once the order is handed to our delivery courier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit a product review, question, or photo, you confirm it's genuinely your own experience and that you have the right to share any photo you upload. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, off-topic, or violates these Terms. By submitting content, you grant Raahi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on this website in connection with the relevant product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Raahi name and logo, product photography, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Raahi Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Raahi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
